Today marks the start of Pride Month. Pride is an opportunity to celebrate individuality, encourage those around us to feel comfortable being and accepted for who they are, to share/learn from experiences,and to promote a culture of inclusivity.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our usual pride celebrations this year have turned virtual. During this month, we will use our platform to share LGBTQ+ stories or experiences. 

Diversity and inclusion are important to how we go about our day to day work, when people of diverse backgrounds are respected, included and heard at work, we all benefit from their ideas and perspectives.

We value inclusion and respect for all members of our organization and the communities we serve.  Every day is a chance for us to celebrate the differences that make us unique and to show our unwavering support for all members of the LGBT+ community.​
