VIDEO: Ornge is currently studying how we can best reduce delays due to cancelled calls. As system partners, we are asking for your help; when you choose to cancel Ornge from a trauma scene call you will be asked to relay the specific reasons back to us through the Central Ambulance Communications Centre.
With your help, we can improve service to the patients of Ontario.
