Today marks the start of Pride Month. Pride is an opportunity to celebrate individuality, encourage those around us to feel comfortable being and accepted for who they are, to share/learn from experiences, and to promote a culture of inclusivity.
June marks the beginning of Pride Month. Ornge is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive and respectful culture, where all employees feel they can thrive and contribute to a collective mission of providing Ontario’s patients with safe and timely care, transport and access to health services.
“Every day is a chance for us to celebrate the differences that make us unique and to show our unwavering support for all members of the 2SLGBT+ community,” says Inna Kravitz, Chief Financial Officer of Ornge. “As the Executive Sponsor of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee, my goal is to provide mentorship and support in the advancement of equity, diversity and inclusion within Ornge and for our broader stakeholders.”
