Ornge's Patient Advocate is available to respond to patient feedback, facilitate the resolutions of complaints or requests, and to advocate for system improvements.

Patient Feedback

Ornge actively seeks feedback from patients to help us continuously improve our service.

If you have had a negative or positive experience, or would like to write to us, please submit your feedback online.  Once received, we will:

  • Send you an acknowledgment.
  • Contact you to clarify details about your concern, explain our complaints process, and provide you with a timeline and contact information.
  • Investigate the concern.  This may include reviewing health and transport records, listening to audio taped conversations, interviewing involved staff.
  • Contact you with the findings to provide you clarification and resolution.
