At Ornge, our number one priority is to provide the highest quality of care for patients.
Patients are surveyed on a quarterly basis to ensure they have every opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns and learn more about the transport process. The survey results are used to identify areas of excellence as well as those requiring improvement.
