Ornge provides high quality air ambulance service and medical transport to people who are critically ill or injured. In the air and on the ground, our job is to be there for patients, so they can get safe and timely care, transport and access to health services they need. Learn more below.

Feedback and Inquiries


Ornge actively seeks feedback from patients, healthcare partners and stakeholder to help us continuously improve our service.

If you have had a negative or positive experience, or would like to write to us, please submit your feedback online.  Once received, we will:

  • Send you an acknowledgment.
  • Contact you to clarify details about your concern, explain our complaints process, and provide you with a timeline and contact information.
  • Investigate the concern.  This may include reviewing health and transport records, listening to audio taped conversations, interviewing involved staff.
  • Contact you with the findings to provide you clarification and resolution.
