Following our recent system enhancements to the new PTAC platform, the URLs for both the Home and Login pages have been updated. As a result, anyone who previously bookmarked or favourited the old links may experience difficulties accessing the PTAC portal.

To ensure uninterrupted access, we ask all users to take a moment to:

Update your bookmarks and favourites
Please replace any previously saved PTAC links with the new, updated URL: https://www.hospitaltransfers.com/transfer

Updating your saved links will help prevent login issues and ensure you are always directed to the most current version of the PTAC portal.

Ornge is committed to  accountability in all aspects of our operation.  See below for more information about salary disclosure and executive expenses.

Salary Disclosure

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act (PSSDA) requires not-for-profit organizations that receive $1 million or more in public funding from the Province of Ontario to disclose annually, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in a calendar year. Ornge falls under this requirement and discloses salaries for Ornge staff (the not-for-profit corporation).

At present, Ornge Global Air and Ornge Global Rotor continue to exist as for-profit corporate entities; consequently, salary disclosure cannot be made under the PSSDA.

Ornge has prepared a comprehensive list of 2024 salaries that were $100,000 or more under these companies. The list has been prepared by position with names removed so as to balance the limitation that the PSSDA presents to full disclosure, while meeting our goal of organizational transparency. In addition, we continue working toward bringing remaining for-profit entities under not-for-profit Ornge.

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure for 2025 (Disclosure for 2024) is available in an online searchable format on the Ontario Ministry of Finance website.

We have also made Ornge's Non-Mandatory Salary Disclosure List and Statement of Compliance available online

Executive Expenses

As part of the Performance Agreement, Ornge senior executives are required to make expenses incurred as part of their job public. To view a summary of all expenses, within the last two years, please download our Expense Summary Document.
